Role Overview The Marketing Associate will play a key role in executing and optimizing marketing initiatives for Cogentiq CX. This role works closely with the India‑based product team and the senior marketing leadership in the US , offering hands‑on exposure to global campaigns, SaaS marketing and CX‑focused demand generation.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on, execution‑oriented marketer who wants to grow in B2B SaaS marketing, work on a global product and build strong cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities Campaign Execution & Demand Generation

• Execute marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, LinkedIn and email
• Run, monitor, and optimize paid marketing campaigns to drive pipeline and lead quality
• Support ABM campaigns and align execution with broader GTM strategies

Marketing Operations & Analytics

• Manage campaign operations including tracking, reporting and optimization
• Use tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce and other platforms to analyze performance
• Translate data into actionable insights for continuous improvement

Content & Thought Leadership

• Collaborate on creating blogs, landing pages, emails, case studies, social posts and sales enablement content
• Support messaging and positioning for Cogentiq CX across channels

Events & Webinars

• Ideate, promote, and coordinate webinars and virtual events focused on lead generation and brand awareness

Cross‑Functional & Global Collaboration

• Act as a bridge between the Bangalore‑based product team and the US marketing leadership
• Ensure alignment between product updates, marketing messaging and GTM priorities

Experience & Skill Requirements Must‑Have

• MBA in Marketing from a reputed institution
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS, CX or technology products
• Hands‑on experience with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Strong understanding of marketing analytics and performance measurement
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills

Nice‑to‑Have

• Exposure to CX, AI, analytics or enterprise SaaS domains
• Experience working with global stakeholders or US‑based teams
• Familiarity with ABM frameworks and demand generation best practices
