Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
Provide administrative support to the ITSM team, including calendar management, email management, and travel arrangements
Coordinate meetings, workshops, and training sessions
Prepare and distribute meeting materials, agendas, and minutes
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders
Provide exceptional customer service
Perform other administrative tasks as required
Must-Have**
Strong knowledge of ITSM principles and processes, Business relationship management
