Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Knowledge of React Native CLI and Expo.
- Experience with cloud services (Azure).
- Familiarity with mobile security best practices.
- Exposure to DevOps, containerization (Docker), or microservices.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and develop mobile applications using React Native for iOS and Android platforms.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to define and implement innovative features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Integrate with backend APIs and third-party libraries.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote coding best practices.
- Debug and fix application issues, bottlenecks, and performance concerns.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.
- Work with CI/CD pipelines to automate builds, tests, and deployments
Generic Managerial Skills, If Any
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years in React Native.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and React ecosystem.
- Experience with mobile app architecture, navigation, and state management (Redux, MobX, Recoil, or similar).
- Hands-on experience with native modules (Objective-C, Swift, Java, Kotlin) integration when needed.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and backend integration.
- Proficiency in debugging, testing (Jest, Detox, etc.), and performance optimization.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Published apps in App Store or Google Play is a strong plus
Salary Range-$100,000-$130,000 a year
