Role: Playwright Automation Engineer
Desired Experience Range: 6-10 years
Location: Chennai/Bangalore/Hyderabad/Pune/Delhi
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must Have:
- Playwright automation framework
- TypeScript programming expertise
- BDD: Cucumber or TestNG
- Web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright and TypeScript.
- Implement BDD frameworks such as Cucumber or TestNG for structured test scenarios.
- Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Perform functional, regression, and end-to-end testing for web applications.
- Conduct cross-browser testing for compatibility and reliability.
- Validate data for ETL workflows and write SQL queries for data verification.
- Support performance testing initiatives using JMeter or Playwright performance APIs.
- Document frameworks and provide technical guidance to teams.
