Position Summary Harness is seeking a Product Management Leader to drive the definition, development, and adoption of our packaged and shipped product - Harness Internal Developer Portal.
In this role, you will own technical, end-to-end product initiatives—from identifying user needs and defining requirements to working across several teams to ensure successful delivery. You’ll work closely with customers and engineering teams to guide product development, ensure technical feasibility and high-quality execution, and find innovative ways to efficiently solve complex developer experience challenges.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that requires technical depth and effective cross-functional execution spanning Engineering, Sales, Marketing, UX, Research, Customer Success and Support.
