What To Expect This opening is for the North America and Central - Finished Vehicles Logistics team.
What You'll Do
Prioritize between existing customers versus new customers, and between features, architectural improvements, and operational excellence
Define a set of KPIs and monitor success metrics through SQL-powered Tableau dashboards and have the ability to analyze and utilize them in the decision-making processes
Conduct user research and contribute to the design of software. Push for high reliability and responsiveness from a systems and user satisfaction perspective
Manage the implementation and ongoing success of software products, including (re)defining requirements, sprint planning, and release management
Work with Engineering teams to deliver a scalable architecture that not just meets current needs, but considers future growth scenarios
Oversee the product development lifecycle from inception to launch, with an ability to prioritize the most important features to maximize impact
Lead stakeholder discussions for overall vision and translate them into detailed requirements, user stories, and actionable tasks, then feedback Engineering discussions to refine them as well as work cross-functionally with Business, internal users, Engineering, UX Design to define and drive product vision and strategy
What You'll Bring
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent in experience
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics for making assumptions and decisions. Proficiency with data analytics using SQL, Pandas, Tableau, and/or similar tools
Ability to successfully work with a cross range of teams including Engineering, UX, and Operations
Proven history of converting learnings from customer insights into tangible reports and product features that customers love
Good understanding and working experience in technology development best practices (such as, Agile, etc.) and product management technologies
Real world pragmatism to effectively drive improvements that get successfully implemented and add value to Tesla
Excellent leadership, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills

Expected Compensation
$112,000 - $204,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
