We are seeking a highly independent strategic leader to lead the Games Strategic Initiatives function within the Games Growth Finance & Strategy (F&S) team. This function focuses on identifying, structuring, and driving the highest-priority cross-functional efforts for the games business. In this role, you will lead strategic projects that shape how we grow, invest, and partner across Netflix to build a durable, scaled games business. Executives and senior management depend heavily on this role to frame complex questions, develop data-driven insights, and drive alignment across stakeholders to inform critical decisions.
In this role, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy as a strategic thought partner and cross-functional leader. You will scope and drive strategic initiatives end-to-end – from problem definition and analytical framing through to recommendations, alignment, and execution support. You must thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess a high level of intellectual curiosity, and embrace ambiguity. You should be an expert communicator who can distill complex topics into clear narratives and influence a broad spectrum of stakeholders across Games Studios, Product & Tech, F&S, Data Science & Engineering, and other partner teams.
This position is based in our Los Angeles office, with the expectation to be in the office Tues-Thurs.

Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $230,000.00 - $370,000.00.
