BDRs strategically develop and qualify revenue opportunities in
North American and EMEA
territories, working closely with Account Executives (AEs). We’re looking for highly motivated, tenacious self-starters for this role.
Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities to fuel Chargebee's sales pipeline.
Create and prioritize strategic target account lists for North America (companies with 50-99 employees).
Research and build cold accounts by adding contacts, sending emails, cold calling, LinkedIn InMails, and video prospecting.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas

Required Skills:
At least 1 year of Business Development experience in the SaaS space (new business development, cold calling, planning/strategy).
A track record in prospecting the North American market and international experience is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High energy and a positive attitude.
Strong ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
Note:
This is a role that requires you to work from
7 pm to 4 am IST for North America
This is a
hybrid role,
the BDR should be willing to relocate to
Bangalore or Chennai.
