The Regional Sales Director will lead an outside sales team and ultimately drive the strategy to facilitate revenue growth in Barracuda’s Security and Data Protection portfolio. We are looking for a candidate with a solid track record of hiring, coaching, and leading a high performing sales team in both mid-market, SLED, enterprise, and channel accounts.

The anticipated on target earning (OTE) range for this role is $288,000 to $310,000. Actual compensation offered will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, the budget for the position, and applicable employment laws.
