In this position, you will guide each family's experience from initial outreach through enrollment, making certain that every touchpoint embodies Alpha's precision, care, and excellence. You will manage daily correspondence, organize impactful admissions events, and keep precise applicant data that supports sound decision-making.

What You Will Be Doing Manage and oversee the admissions inbox, delivering prompt, considerate, and polished responses to prospective families (both virtually and face-to-face)

Handle and monitor digital admissions documentation with outstanding precision and care

Take part in all admissions events, including information sessions, shadow days, and community gatherings, whether on campus or virtual

• Create admissions policy or render final admissions judgments
• Function in an entirely backstage capacity without direct family engagement
• Work within a sluggish, overly procedural system
• Emphasize relationship development alone without disciplined execution and accountability

Admissions Coordinator Key Responsibilities This role ensures that a smooth, high-conversion admissions process produces robust enrollment outcomes and elevated family satisfaction across all Alpha campuses.

Basic Requirements

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience
• Proven administrative and organizational capabilities; you are dependable and meticulous
• High attention to detail and demonstrated experience maintaining accurate applicant records or CRM data
• Comfortable managing a blend of remote work and in-person campus duties
• Able to adjust rapidly and succeed in a fast-moving, mission-driven culture
• Authorized to work in the US and able to work in-person in either San Francisco; CA, Santa Barbara; CA or NYC; NY

Nice-to-have Requirements

• Experience in education, enrollment management, or school operations
• Background facilitating admissions events or comprehensive onboarding experiences
• Ease working in rapidly evolving, technology-enhanced settings

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $37 USD/hour, which equates to $75,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
