Job Description The Sustainability Director, North America is responsible for developing and executing the department’s strategic plan and vision, integrating sustainability strategies and policies across Business Units (BU) to achieve organizational success. The role leads sustainability projects with Business Units, customers and partners, ensuring alignment with environmental, economic, and social performance criteria and compliance with environmental and related regulations. The role also ensures that policies reflect industry standards and drive a culture of sustainability through overseeing training and awareness programs for employees.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position in Nashville, TN is $159,000 - $253,000.
The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $178,000- $283,000.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives, may be offered. Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Nashville, TN or Cambridge, MA.
