Job Title Campaign Operations Lead – Paytm Ads

About Paytm Ads Paytm Ads is a payments-led advertising platform enabling brands and merchants to reach users at high-intent moments across Paytm’s ecosystem. The Managed Services team delivers execution excellence and performance outcomes for Paytm’s most strategic advertisers at scale.
Role Overview The Campaign Operations Lead will own campaign delivery, performance optimization, and team
excellence for managed service advertisers. This role demands high aptitude, strong analytical depth, and hands-on AdTech expertise, with the ability to connect platform mechanics, measurement, and business outcomes.
You will lead a team that operates at the intersection of AdTech systems, data analysis, and advertiser execution.
Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Analytical Excellence ● Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Campaign Operations Specialists/Managers, setting a high
bar for analytical rigor and AdTech understanding.
● Drive structured thinking, hypothesis-driven optimizations, and data-backed decision making.
● Upskill the team on platforms, measurement frameworks, and ecosystem best practices.
Campaign Delivery & Performance Ownership ● Own end-to-end delivery across Paytm Ads inventory (Search, Display, Native, Post-Transaction,
Video) and the Programmatic ecosystem
● Ensure zero-defect launches, accurate targeting, bidding, tracking, pacing, and reporting.
● Act as final escalation owner for complex delivery, measurement, or performance issues.
Advanced Optimization & Insights ● Conduct deep-dive analysis on performance drivers across inventory, creatives, bids, audiences,
and funnels.
● Apply advanced optimization frameworks to improve CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS.
● Translate learnings into repeatable playbooks and SOPs.
AdTech, Measurement & Platform Collaboration ● Partner closely with Product and Tech teams to debug and improve auction mechanics, pacing
logic, attribution, and reporting.
● Ensure correct interpretation of conversion signals, post-transaction events, and MMP data.
● Represent Campaign Ops in platform discussions with senior internal stakeholders.
Key Metrics You’ll Own ● Campaign delivery accuracy & SLA adherence

Required Qualifications Experience & Aptitude
● 6-10+ years of experience in Ad Operations, Campaign Management, or Performance
Marketing with deep AdTech exposure.
● 2+ years of experience managing AdOps / Campaign Ops teams.
● Demonstrated high aptitude and strong analytical problem-solving ability.
● Proven ability to work with large datasets, diagnose issues, and drive structured solutions.
AdTech & Platform Expertise Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) - Appsflyer, Branch, Adjust etc
Google & Meta Ad Platforms
Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) - DV360, TTD etc
Supply-Side Platforms (SSPs) - Magnite, Pubmatic
Ad Exchanges & Programmatic Ecosystem
Measurement, Auctions & Optimization ● Deep understanding of ad auctions, bidding strategies, pacing algorithms, frequency, and
budget control.
● Strong grasp of attribution models, conversion windows, incrementality, and funnel analysis.
● Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; SQL / BI tools is a strong plus.
