Your role encompasses everything the software cannot: guiding students through frustration, teaching them to deliver feedback, holding them to standards beyond what they thought achievable, and fostering a genuine love for being there. You'll facilitate hands-on life skills workshops covering public speaking, focus, and time management, then conduct motivation sessions designed to inspire authentic engagement rather than mere compliance.
This environment is not a traditional classroom. You'll support a small group of K-12 students who recognize you as an individual. You'll monitor their development through Coachbot analytics, identify when someone encounters obstacles, and coach them on self-resolution strategies. When 100% of your students achieve their weekly targets and 90% provide high survey ratings, you'll have tangible evidence the model succeeds because of your contribution.

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
