The Data Privacy & Governance Office (DPGO) strengthens American Express’s data privacy and data-sharing practices by implementing modern capabilities and strategies that accelerate speed to market while ensuring secure, responsible data connectivity.
Within DPGO, we are undertaking a transformative initiative to modernize our Digital Tracking Platform and associated processes—enhancing growth, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
The Privacy Program Enablement Manager will play a key role within the Digital Tracking & Privacy Capabilities team, supporting the execution and advancement of the enterprise privacy risk roadmap. This position is responsible for enabling the tools, processes, and governance mechanisms required to identify, assess, manage, and report on global privacy risk.
This role requires strong collaboration across business units and regions to drive consistency, strengthen controls, and enhance enterprise-wide privacy risk management practices.
