Job Description
• Assist managers during all stages of the contract labor acquisition process including: requisition creation in a web-base, state of the art Vendor management tool, candidate review and short-listing, interview scheduling and follow-up.
• Manage primary customer support activities including quality review of staffing supplier fill-rate and timekeeping activities via a web-based application.
• Oversee performance of participating staffing vendors.
• Log all client reported issues and track resolution through to completion ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Ownership of other Vendor Management Office activities including performance tracking, invoicing, PO tracking, and vendor compliance tracking.
• Maintain and update monthly activity and performance reports.
• Constant interaction via email and phone with client, staffing vendors, contract personnel and other partners.
• Entering new contractor profiles (contact information) and details of assignment into client systems where applicable.
• Assist client managers with extension of contract assignments.
• Liaison with managers, vendors and security department to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and collected prior to starting assignment and at end of assignment.
• Ensure all work orders are closed in the system when notified of an end of assignment.
• Assist when needed with the collection of company assets from vendors (devices, badges, etc.)
• Ensure security department is notified of end of assignments.
• Assist in collection of contractor hours and approval of time by managers.
• Constant interaction via email and phone with client, staffing vendors, contract personnel and other partners.
• Constant interaction with vendors to ensure contractor on-boarding paperwork is completed in a timely manner so the contractor can start assignment on time.
• Log all client and vendor inquiries into issue tracking system
• Provide periodic program status reports to leadership as required
Education/Experience
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience plus one (1) to three (3) years relevant experience. Staffing and/or MSP experience preferred.
• VMS software experience preferred
• MS Office/Tools- advanced skills
