What's the role? We’re Bloomberg Enterprise Data - fast paced, innovative and expanding. We partner closely with our clients, taking time to understand their unique businesses and individual data and technology needs. Our endless selection of datasets, covering all asset types, with multiple delivery technologies and flexible scheduling mean our clients are able to get exactly the data they need, when they need it, in the format they prefer. Firms that commit to utilizing only highest-quality data can eliminate the data inconsistencies inherent to working with multiple vendors and lower their costs overall. A partnership with Bloomberg Enterprise Data allows just this, giving them strategic advantage.
You will support strategic sales engagements and overall account management while also owning proactive sales engagements and retention of our reference, regulatory, and real-time market data, pricing evaluation, and technology suite of offerings. This includes, but is not limited to, our security master datasets, company level content, ESG and sustainable investing datasets, evaluated pricing, real-time market data, historical data and analytics. You will also be involved with selling technology solutions that enable Bloomberg content and services to be delivered to clients' on-premise applications, and/or cloud warehouse tenants. This role will be based in our Mumbai office.
To be successful, you will have a proven track record of institutional selling, experience with respect to managing senior relationships at major financial conglomerates, collaboration with multiple internal departments, proficiency in data and technology, and staying on top of evolving market trends. In addition, we are looking for someone who excels in a team environment and will be able to perform at the highest level under tight timelines, and achieve sales targets.
