We are seeking a skilled and visionary Developer to lead the design, development, and scaling of AI-powered multi-agent systems. You will architect intelligent, secure, and scalable agent-based platforms that integrate deeply with Microsoft 365, Copilot, and the Microsoft Graph ecosystem. This role is foundational to our AI transformation journey and will shape the future of agentic architecture at Microsoft and extensibility to our partner ecosystem. You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and design teams to build scalable, secure, and compliant agentic systems that extend the reach of Microsoft 365 Copilot. You’ll define the technical foundation for partner extensibility and ensure the architecture supports rapid innovation and enterprise-grade performance.

Software Engineering IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $100,600 - $199,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $131,400 - $215,400 per year.
