LOCATION NOTE: This is an in-person position based at one of our campus locations.

In this position, you serve as the operational backbone of the campus. You handle parent and staff communication, manage safety and security protocols, maintain smooth facilities and logistics, and ensure reliable technology for students and staff. You intervene when systems fail, identify issues before they grow, and introduce calm order to fluid environments.
This is not a limited administrative position. It is a practical, high-visibility role for someone who excels with accountability, diversity of tasks, and execution. Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $37 USD/hour, which equates to $75,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
