About The Role This newly created role will drive key elements of L&H Re Records Management and represent L&H in the Group Records Management Enhancement Program. The role combines regional accountability with global program involvement and plays a critical part in embedding the future Records Management Target Operating Model (TOM) within L&H Re.
In this role, you will help transition L&H Re from legacy remediation towards a sustainable, business-integrated Records Management capability.
Key Responsibilities
About The Team Records Management is a new team as part of L&H Business Operations. We work with stakeholders across the entire L&H value chain, IT, as well as GDTO. Key focus of this new team will be on solving the three following priority tasks for L&H Re:

Our company has a hybrid work model where the expectation is that you will be in the office at least three days per week.
Role The base salary range for this position is between GBP 64,000 and GBP 96,000 (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:

In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.
