Job PurposeJob Purpose Description Ensure availability of quality extrusion dies and support tools as per production plans. Prepare, update, and control AutoCAD drawings including: Die counter drawings Section views DXF files Revision control Design and verify support tools for correct identification, assembly, and smooth press operations. Maintain accurate system records: Purchase Requisitions (PRs) Move Orders SRNs Item codes Monitor and maintain die, tool, and material inventory to avoid shortages. Ensure complete and updated DMS documentation including designs, approvals, and revision history. Track and analyze: Die failures Scrap Nitriding data Support root cause analysis to improve die life. Identify unsafe conditions and ensure corrective actions as per safety standards. Prepare: Daily operational reports Weekly KPI reports on die performance, inventory, failures, and repairs Actively participate in 5S, TPM, Safety, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
