Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Senior UX Designer, you will lead the design process for our industry-specific software solutions, driving user-centered design methodologies and ensuring seamless integration with our clients' existing workflows. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences and collaborate on design systems and style guides.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design process from research to launch, guiding the team through user-centered design workflows.
- Develop design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to implement design solutions.
- Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback on their work.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Robust portfolio demonstrating a range of UX design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proven experience working in an agile development environment.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles.
This role is subject to pre-employment screening in line with the UK Government’s Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS).
