RCU Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site RCU Manager role based in Indore at Kotak Mahindra Bank. The RCU Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end risk containment processes, conducting thorough verification checks, identifying potential risks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. They will collaborate with various teams to enhance the bank’s risk management framework, prepare detailed reports, and recommend corrective actions as needed.

• Knowledge of banking regulations, compliance requirements, and fraud detection methodologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis, interpretation, and preparing comprehensive reports.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
• Prior experience as an RCU Manager or in risk management is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
