Lead end-to-end digital growth charter for TCS’ Services Marketing Units, shaping and executing an integrated digital strategy aligned to Services portfolio priorities.
Orchestrate integrated campaigns across paid, organic social, and content distribution to deliver sustained year-on-year improvement in digital performance and contribution to marketing objectives.
Direct organic social strategy for Services Units (LinkedIn, X and others): strengthen narratives, grow audiences, increase engagement, and ensure consistent execution.
Drive analytics, measurement and optimization using KPI dashboards (Reach, Impressions, CTR, CPC, Engagement); implement insights-led content planning and platform best practices.
Provide governance and quality assurance for digital platforms (TCS.com and TCS Perspectives App), and lead development of marketing/thought-leadership assets in partnership with internal teams and agencies.
Must Have
Proven ability to define and execute enterprise-scale digital strategy and integrated B2B campaigns
Strong organic social media leadership (LinkedIn, X and others) with audience growth and engagement outcomes
Digital analytics and optimization expertise (Reach, Impressions, CTR, CPC, Engagement) with structured KPI tracking
Cross-functional stakeholder leadership across corporate teams and external agencies
AI fluency and ability to apply AI to marketing workflows (content, planning, measurement)
