Strategy Analyst Intern - Nottingham
Salary: £50,000 (per annum) plus a £1,000 joining bonus and other benefits
Location: Nottingham only
Start date: 29th June 2026 for 10 weeks (dates are fixed)
Eligibility: Open to any penultimate year university students
(This includes undergraduates, masters and PhD students)
Sponsorship: We are open to those currently on student visas, as long as you can work unrestricted for the duration of the internship

Our Strategy teams are fundamental in how we drive the business forward, but most importantly, how we solve problems and work with our customers. On this ten-week programme, you’ll be based within one of our core Strategy teams and from Day 1 you’ll take a bird’s eye view of our organisation whilst owning a real life business project.
As a Strategy Analyst Intern You Could Be
Key to all this work is insightful data analysis and critical judgement skills. You will be trained and developed on coding and analytical tools - enabling you to really dig deep into the datasets.
You will help identify new ways to improve every aspect of what we do and put forward your suggestions on how we can achieve this by the end of your internship. Great training and support from the team around you will be provided to ensure you have all the tools required for success!

The Recruitment Process Step 1: Apply! We don’t screen CV’s so there’s no need to tailor your CV or attach a cover letter. After your initial application, if you meet the eligibility criteria you will be sent out online testing to complete, which assess the core skills required for the role.
Step 2 : Next up, you will be invited to complete a one way video interview
Step 3 : You’ll get to (virtually) meet with one of our Strategy Analysts to complete a case study interview
Step 4 : The in person assessment day, which consists of a group activity, case study and individual interview. A great chance for you to have a look around our office and see the working environment!

Where And How You'll Work This is a 10 week fixed term position based at our Nottingham office.
We have a hybrid working model which gives you flexibility to work from our offices and from home. We’re big on collaboration and connection, so you’ll be based in our Nottingham office 3 days a week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
