Our Go-to-Market (GTM) team is scaling rapidly to bring OpenAI’s products to customers and partners around the world. GTM hiring at OpenAI focuses on building a world-class team across Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Technical Solutions.
About This Role This is a high-impact role, where you’ll operate as a strategic talent partner not just executing searches, but shaping how we attract, assess, and hire exceptional GTM talent globally. You’ll own searches end-to-end, working closely with senior stakeholders to define hiring strategies, navigate complex markets, and deliver outstanding outcomes.
You’ll report to the regional recruiting lead and collaborate closely with global recruiting, People, and business leadership to scale our GTM organisation in a thoughtful, high-quality way. This role can be based in either of our London or Dublin offices.
Your Responsibilities
We’re seeking 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in-house at high-growth or high-bar environments.
