About our Team:- Help shape the future of Elsevier’s technology infrastructure by bringing our operational data to life. The Analytics and Insights team within Technology Infrastructure and Operations (TIO) delivers actionable reporting and insights on Elsevier’s technology infrastructure and operational performance. We support technology operations and infrastructure teams, Technology leadership, and wider business stakeholders with analytics on Elsevier’s technology estate, including our multi-cloud environment
About the Role:- As a Senior Data Analyst, you will design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards that provide insight into Elsevier’s IT and multi-cloud infrastructure estate and operational performance. You will partner with stakeholders across Technology, from operational teams to senior leadership, to translate reporting needs into effective, user-centric dashboards.
Reporting areas include cloud efficiency (for example, AWS resource usage and optimization), software asset insights, and other operational performance metrics. You will develop and maintain data models using dbt to provide transparency and clarity into business metrics.
