This is a remote customer service role with SeatGeek, the ticketing platform for concerts, sports, and live events. You’d basically be helping customers with ticket issues, orders, and general event-related questions via phone, chat, and email. It’s a high-volume support role, so expect a fast-paced environment and some weekend/holiday shifts depending on events. They’re looking for people with solid communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Seems like a solid entry-to-mid level role if you’re into live events and don’t mind shift-based work.
