We are looking for: Customer Relationship Management - administrative support
You’ll make an impact by:
CRM Tools & Sales Operations (50%)
- Coordinate user access and authorizations for CRM systems (e.g., SieSales) and CRM Power Dash
- Create, update, and maintain CRM reports and dashboards across all verticals, including Power BI
- Support Global Account Managers by maintaining Managed Account Groups, AMC requests, and account analytics using CRM, SAP Analytics, and Quip
- Implement CRM reporting changes (e.g., transition from booking line items to opportunity product lines)
- Collect, analyze, and escalate CRM user issues; translate requirements into user stories and enhancement requests
- Maintain and improve Global Agreement customer reporting and CRM‑based SAP Analytics
- Support fiscal year changes and quarterly updates of CRM structures, including product and segment hierarchies
- Actively contribute to the Key Account Operational Manager (KOM) community, supporting planning, reporting, and quarterly account reviews
- Manage and coordinate change requests for supporting tools (e.g., Robinhood), including user onboarding and data updates (US, EMEA, APAC)
- Oversee process documentation and quality compliance as ISO 9001 coordinator and contribute to ISO/IEC 42001 activities
- Participate in relevant CRM, sales, and market intelligence governance meetings and communities.
Market & Competitive Intelligence (50%)
- Transform market, competitor, and industry data into actionable insights supporting strategy and decision‑making
- Develop and maintain analytical models, datasets, and dashboards using Excel (advanced), SQL, Python, and BI tools
- Build Power BI / Tableau dashboards and present insights to stakeholders at multiple levels
- Conduct market sizing, growth outlooks, and competitive positioning analyses across portfolios, verticals, and regions
- Monitor competitive dynamics, emerging technologies, customer segments, and business models using internal and public sources
- Ensure consistency, transparency, and scalability of intelligence outputs in collaboration with IT and data teams
- Support the global MI@SI process by onboarding users, maintaining templates, improving interfaces, and providing documentation
- Strengthen the global market intelligence community through agile collaboration using digital tools (Teams, OneNote, Conceptboard, Planner, Loop)

- Educational background: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering (preferred) or related engineering / analytics discipline
- Experience: 3–4 years of relevant experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel incl. Power Query, PowerPoint, Word, Copilot).
- Experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Proficiency in Python for translating business requirements into code; experience with frameworks like Django or FastAPI preferred.
- Advanced English communication skills (C1 level) – optional.
