Summary:
The Creative Designer will partner closely with an Art Director, designer, as well as our external agency, Accenture, to shape concepts, lead design execution, and ensure production excellence across print, digital, environmental, and event touchpoints. You bring strong point of view creative thinking—balancing bold ideas with disciplined craft—and take ownership of design quality from early concept through final production. You work with marketers, project management, and production partners to deliver on business goals.
Responsibilities:
Concept & Pitch Development
- Develop campaign and event concepts informed by strategy and creative direction.
- Explore a range of creative routes (“mild to wild”) and contribute to presentations with clear rationale and recommendations.
Design Execution
- Produce polished, channel‑ready creative across events, print, digital, and integrated campaigns.
- Maintain a clean, modern, high‑impact visual aesthetic across all deliverables.
Systems Thinking
- Translate creative direction into scalable design systems including layouts, grids, typography, and component libraries.
- Ensure assets can be efficiently extended across touchpoints and campaigns.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work within a tight pod model, engaging early with video/motion, web/dev, CX, and agency teams.
- Ensure concepts are feasible, aligned, and production‑ready.
Iterative Craft & Refinement
- Respond to feedback constructively and iterate quickly while upholding high standards of craft.
- Manage quality from first comp through final production files.
Qualifications:
- Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
- Portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking and high‑craft execution across environmental design, print, digital, and integrated campaigns.
- Deep understanding of typography, composition, layout systems, and visual hierarchy; ability to create clean, disciplined, impactful aesthetics.
- Experience designing for event marketing ecosystems (e.g., signage, presentations/decks, email‑adjacent assets, on‑site collateral, templates).
- Ability to articulate design rationale clearly and connect creative choices to strategy and objectives.
- Highly collaborative, positive approach to feedback, and strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
- Motion design capabilities (simple kinetic type, transitions, social/motion assets) or close collaboration experience with motion/video teams. (preferred)
- Familiarity with environmental/large‑format production (print specs, vendor coordination, fabrication considerations). (preferred)
- Experience partnering with web/dev/CX teams early in the process to ensure creative concepts translate cleanly into build. (preferred)
