
Regional Facility Manager - JLL What this job involves - This position requires an individual with a passion for customer satisfaction, where no detail is too small; one that will manage and promote a high level of customer service; partners with the client’s Corporate Real Estate team; fosters and maintains relationships with the client’s Executive Leadership, Property Management and all associated service providers. The individual we are seeking will be play an instrumental part in building and maintaining a transparent partnership and exceptional customer service experience. The role will manage and coordinate account related deliverables and responds to client satisfaction concerns. Supervises facility management staff to ensure maintenance of the facilities assets and grounds are in a manner consistent with the client’s global standard, professional brand image and in compliance with applicable local laws, rules and regulations for effective reporting and service.
