We are seeking an IT Manager to enhance our security framework across people, processes, and technology.
In this role, you will take full ownership of the organization's information security posture—developing strategy, reinforcing controls, and leading teams to design and operate secure systems. Collaborating closely with Engineering and DevOps, you will integrate security best practices into internal infrastructure, enterprise applications, and everyday workflows.
A primary responsibility of this position is to ensure adherence to key standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR, while continually advancing cloud and endpoint security measures. You will drive proactive risk management through frequent assessments, incident response planning, and ongoing enhancements to protect business operations.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- End-User Computing & Support
- Manage the entire lifecycle of end-user hardware, including laptops and peripherals, covering procurement, imaging, deployment, maintenance, and eventual decommissioning
- Oversee and enhance the internal helpdesk operations to guarantee prompt and efficient resolution of hardware and software issues for a distributed workforce
- Define service level agreements (SLAs), monitor ticket queues, and continuously improve the user support experience
- Network & Security Infrastructure
- Network Management: Design, deploy, and maintain reliable Wi-Fi and LAN infrastructure within office environments to ensure optimal availability and performance
- Firewall & Intranet: Manage enterprise-grade firewalls, analyze network logs, control VPN access, and maintain the integrity of internal networks
- Security Compliance: Deploy and oversee security frameworks such as Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign-On (SSO), and endpoint detection and response (EDR) to protect organizational data
- Perform regular security audits and ensure compliance with best practices and relevant standards
- SaaS & Subscription Management
- Serve as the Super Administrator for key platforms including Google Workspace, Jira/Confluence, and Zoho
- Manage user permissions, license allocation, and platform integrations
- Lead efforts to optimize costs and maximize the effective use of SaaS applications
- Cloud (AWS) Administration
- Administer and scale AWS resources, including EC2, S3, IAM, and VPC components
- Monitor cloud consumption and implement resource planning strategies to reduce costs
- Enforce AWS security best practices, with a particular focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- A minimum of 6 years' experience in IT operations, including at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role within a medium-sized organization (300+ employees)
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLAN technologies
- Practical experience working with networking hardware from vendors such as Cisco, Ubiquiti, or similar
- Proven expertise in AWS administration and managing enterprise SaaS platforms
- Problem Solving & Incident Management:
- Ability to stay composed under pressure and effectively handle critical system outages
- Strong skills in troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with IT asset management and endpoint automation tools
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2
- Exposure to scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, or Bash
- Experience in vendor management and contract negotiations
