About Cogentiq (Fractal’s Agentic AI Platform): Cogentiq is Fractal’s secure, scalable, enterprise agentic AI platform that enables teams to build, test, deploy, monitor agents and multi‑agent workflows with strong observability, evaluation, guardrails and RBAC across any cloud or LLM framework. It includes a no/low‑code development console , Agent & MCP Gateways , and an enterprise marketplace for reusable agents, tools, connections and guardrails .

Role Overview We are looking for a QA Lead to drive the automation testing strategy and quality assurance for the Cogentiq platform . The role involves leading end-to-end test automation, ensuring platform stability, scalability, and release quality across microservices and AI, GenAI-driven workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the test automation strategy for the Cogentiq platform
• Lead automation framework design and enhancements (UI, API, integration, regression)
• Build and manage CI/CD-integrated automated test suites
• Ensure quality across microservices, APIs, cloud deployments, and agentic workflows
• Drive performance, security, and reliability testing
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and DevOps teams for release readiness
• Mentor QA engineers and establish best practices, standards, and metrics

Required Skills

• 8 to 12 years' experience; strong experience in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar)
• API automation expertise (RestAssured, Postman, Karate, etc.)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.)
• Knowledge of cloud environments (Azure/GCP/AWS)
• Experience in microservices and containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of testing AI/LLM-powered applications and agentic workflows
• Experience validating prompt-driven systems and model outputs (non-deterministic systems)
• Proven ability to leverage GenAI tools to convert exploratory testing ideas into scalable automated test scripts and reusable automation assets

Good To Have

• Exposure to AI/GenAI platforms
• Performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling)
• Experience in platform-level testing strategy
