• We are looking for a Senior Technical Support professional to join a fast-growing team supporting multiple business units. This role requires a customer-first mindset and strong expertise in end-user support across Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
• You will play a key role in ensuring seamless IT operations by providing high-quality technical support and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications

• Desktop / Help Desk / IT Support (3+ yrs)
• Windows + macOS support
• ServiceNow / Zendesk / HPSM
• Laptop & mobile device troubleshooting
• Strong customer communication

Nice to Have:

• Active Directory, JAMF / SCCM
• VMware, Mac enterprise support
