We are hiring for Service now developer

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer/Lead with strong ITSM and integration expertise to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance ServiceNow ITSM applications.
• Work on Integrations (REST/SOAP) with external systems.
• Configure/Develop: Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes..
• Build Service Catalog items, Workflows, Flow Designer flows.
• Manage Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge modules.
• Create Reports and Dashboards.
• Support CMDB, SecOps, AIOPS, Event Management (good to have).

Required Skills

• 2+ years in ServiceNow Development.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Hands-on with Import Sets & Transform Maps.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow fundamentals – cloning, upgrades, plugins, transactions.
• CSA or CAD certification is mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills.
