About the Role At AiDASH , we use satellite data, AI, and geospatial intelligence to help utilities and infrastructure companies operate more safely, sustainably, and efficiently.

As a Deployment Strategist , you will play a critical role in turning our technology into real-world impact. You will work closely with customers, customer success teams, data scientists, engineers, and product teams to translate complex business problems into scalable AI-powered solutions.

This is not a traditional project management role. You will sit at the intersection of customer strategy, AI deployment, and operational execution , ensuring that our solutions deliver measurable value—from pilot programs to enterprise-scale adoption.

How You'll Make an Impact: Translate Customer Challenges into Deployable Solutions

Partner with customers, and customer success to understand client's operational challenges.
Frame these challenges as data-driven AI deployment opportunities.
Define clear success metrics, scope pilot programs, and align stakeholders around expected outcomes.

Lead AI & Data Solution Deployments

Drive end-to-end delivery of customer engagements involving geospatial data, machine learning models, and AI implementation.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, data operations, data science, and product.
Ensure projects move efficiently from solution design to execution to adoption.

Bridge Customers and Product

Translate field learnings into insights for product, engineering, and AI teams.
Identify repeatable patterns that can be converted into scalable platform capabilities.
Help shape execution leadership frameworks that make future implementations faster and more effective.

Deliver Measurable Customer Outcomes

Track impact across metrics such as operational efficiency, cost reduction, risk mitigation, and sustainability outcomes.
Guide customers through large-scale SaaS adoption and operational transformation.
Ensure successful handoff to long-term customer success teams.

Elevate Execution Excellence

Develop structured playbooks for AI deployments across customer segments.
Mentor junior deployment managers, analysts, and project teams.
Raise the bar for execution, clarity, and customer impact across deployments.

What We're Looking For:

6–10 years of experience in consulting, strategy, analytics delivery, or technology execution leadership.
Strong experience managing complex cross-functional projects with enterprise clients.
Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into structured solution plans.
Comfort working at the intersection of AI, data operations, SaaS platforms, and infrastructure industries.
Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with senior leadership at large organizations.
Exceptional communication skills—able to turn complex data and technology into clear business outcomes.
