As an Executive Assistant within our Belfast Audit practice you will be working closely with an ambitious local partner team and play a key role in supporting the continued growth of the business in Northern Ireland. The role will provide the successful candidate with the ability to make a genuine impact on a day to day basis and will be pivotal in continuing to deliver high quality experiences to our client base. Key skills and prior experience that align well with this position
- A proven record of commitment to professional and client service excellence
- Extensive experience as a PA supporting Senior Management, preferably within a professional services environment
- Advanced knowledge of MS Powerpoint, Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Strong report and presentation formatting skills
- Experience with invoicing and CRM systems desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver quality work in a timely manner
- A high level of integrity and trust with confidential information
- Adaptable approach to work, and proven ability to work unsupervised as part of a team
- Approachable and highly professional in manner, with all levels of staff within the organisation
What type of work will I be doing?
- Providing efficient administrative support service to Partners and senior members of staff, including diary management and travel arrangements (both domestic and international).
- Co-ordinating cross-border meetings and logistics with both clients and internal departments.
- Assisting with client presentations, correspondences, and administration.
- Processing Partners’ expense claims and timesheets.
- Supporting the Partners and senior members of staff with the preparation of materials for key meetings, workshops, events, and other ad hoc projects.
- Liaising and building relationships with clients and internal departments.
- Maintaining CRM system for Partners and senior team members.
- Co-ordinating and supporting on events both internal and external as required.
- Various ad-hoc administration duties.

They prioritise open communication and cultivating a positive team environment.
