About This Role Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Product Manager within the Core Banking Modernization (CBM) team, part of Consumer Banking and Lending (CBL) . This strategic and highly visible role will serve as the Separation Lead , responsible for guiding the divestment and retirement of heritage platforms and capabilities. The position plays a critical part in managing non-customer data divestments and ensuring disciplined execution within the Product Delivery Office (PDO) .
The Lead Product Manager will drive the design and delivery of separation solutions that align with Wells Fargo's modernization objectives while ensuring operational readiness, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation. This role requires strong cross-functional leadership, deep product management expertise, and the ability to navigate complex technical and business landscapes. Success in this position includes advancing enterprise transformation goals and supporting coordinated outcomes across multiple product areas.

Pay Range Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
