Roles & Responsibilities Receive, acknowledge, and log incoming RFAs in FastTrack tooling (FTOP / CRM).
Ensure the request is captured correctly with complete customer, tenant, workload, and contact details.
Validate customer eligibility for FastTrack benefits as per the defined guidelines
Assess whether the requested support is in scope for FastTrack
Triage RFAs using defined FastTrack rules accurately
Maintain 100% data hygiene in FastTrack systems
Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams

Salary Range: $38,000-$115,000 a year
