About the Role
As a Product Operations Specialist at Zepto, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience across our
Supply Chai
n product verticals (Fulfilment, Last Mile & Brands). You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, designers, analysts, business and operational stakeholders to ensure successful product rollouts, improve process efficiency, and deliver impactful results.

n to elevate Zepto’s product ecosystem and improve business outcomes at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Execution
- Act as the voice of operations in shaping the product roadmap; influence prioritization based on business impact, user pain points, and operational feasibility.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, and Data teams to align on roadmap execution, identify blockers, and solve high-impact issues.
- Lead product rollouts across relevant orgs by planning, coordinating, and training all impacted teams (Business, L&D, Operations, Control Tower, Finance, Replenishment & Procurement.
Operational Enablement
- Serve as the SME for key product pods in Supply Chain and Last Mile, acting as the single point of contact for roadmap updates and issue escalation.
- Drive on-ground implementation of new flows, features, and tools—including in-house apps, enhancements and mapping optimization.
- Lead change management efforts, including FAQ creation, user guides, and feature adoption strategies.
Data & Insights
- Analyze product usage metrics, adoption rates, and operational KPIs to generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Process Improvement & Internal Tools
- Drive internal initiatives to optimize Product Ops workflows, improve team efficiency, and scale our capabilities with the right tools and documentation.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, quantitative or analytical field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in product operations, product management, customer experience, or related roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge
