The Salesforce Product Owner / Technical Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end Salesforce administration and technical enablement for the ClearEdge platform. This includes managing configurations, maintaining system integrity, implementing automation, and partnering closely with analyst and business teams to translate operational needs into scalable technical solutions.
This role is ideal for a Salesforce resource who brings strong technical depth, collaborative problem-solving skills, and the ability to independently manage and evolve a complex platform.
The ClearEdge team is seeking a skilled Salesforce-focused technical resource to support and enhance the ClearEdge offering—an essential platform serving more than 45 active client accounts. This role will serve as a critical technical contributor responsible for maintaining platform stability, driving enhancements, and supporting ongoing business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Administration
Manage and maintain Salesforce packages, configurations, and system settings
Optimize and streamline business processes to support ClearEdge operations
Oversee user management, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings
Automation, Development & Technical Enablement
Build, refine, and consolidate automation using Salesforce Flow and other declarative tools
Support Case Management processes and configuration
Develop lightweight APEX solutions where needed (e.g., triggers, classes)
Ensure system performance, scalability, and reliability across the platform
Operational Support & Enhancement Delivery
Provide day-to-day support for analyst teams, addressing user requests and resolving technical issues
Lead medium- and large-scale enhancements, ensuring alignment with business goals
Maintain documentation and support release planning, testing, and deployment activities
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
Work closely with ClearEdge analysts to understand operational workflows and emerging needs
Act as the primary technical liaison, ensuring business requirements are translated into effective solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless platform operations
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of Salesforce administration experience
Minimum of 1 year of Product Management / Product Ownership
Salesforce Administrator Certification
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise with Salesforce Flow and declarative automation tools
Familiarity with APEX or ability to collaborate with development partners
Experience supporting complex operational platforms and/or Case Management functions
Strong communication skills and ability to partner with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work US based hours to support analyst and business team schedules
Experience within product ownership or hybrid admin/technical roles
Prior involvement in platform enhancements, backlog refinement, or roadmap planning
Exposure to enterprise-scale Salesforce environments with multiple integrations or packages
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
