Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Management
Successfully manage and lead projects from inception to completion ensuring highest quality delivery within timelines and budgets
Develop comprehensive project plans, track progress, and proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues
Implement robust quality control measures ensuring project deliverables meet highest standards and client expectations
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Stakeholder & Team Leadership
Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members ensuring effective communication throughout project lifecycle
Lead and motivate project teams fostering culture of collaboration and empowering individuals to achieve best performance
Ensure high levels of team engagement and performance through effective leadership
Budget & Financial Management
Track project finances ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and provide accurate cost forecasts
Monitor project costs and implement cost control measures throughout project lifecycle
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement innovative project management practices
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and leverage digital tools and technologies
Required QualificationsEducation & Experience
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
4-6 years' experience in project management, preferably in real estate or construction industry
Technical Competencies
Proficiency in project management software
Strong knowledge of project management principles and best practices
Understanding of project planning, budget management, and quality control processes
