About The Team The Vertical and Industries Marketing organization at Nutanix, which focuses on key priority verticals such as healthcare, financial services, government, and education, provides a broad, cross-functional experience. The organization's specific job is to develop marketing content and go-to-market plans for these sectors. Everything the team does "really touches cross-collaboratively most parts of marketing," offering exposure to content creation, research, design, writing, and social media. A key aspect of the culture is ensuring that content is "used and powered by multiple engines" and does not become “stuck on a shelf that no one reads.” The team engages in thought-leadership activities and provides essential support to field marketing, field sellers, and sales engineers .

Your Role

• Develop and produce tangible marketing content for key verticals (healthcare, financial services, government, education).
• Ensure content activation and maximize utility across marketing engines to prevent stagnation.
• Contribute to innovative AI projects by applying Gemini 3 and actively learning alongside the manager.
• Maintain high standards of communication and independent work in a remote management environment.
• Engage collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance content development and deployment.
• Actively seek buy-in from senior directors and support field stakeholders for content utilization.
• Produce both short-form and long-form content samples and ensure they reach intended audiences.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic, self-starter mentality, and refined communication skills.

What You Will Bring

• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring current or future sponsorship for employment visa status, such as an F-1, H-1 B, or TN visa.
• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey marketing messages.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate a self-starter mentality in a remote management environment.
• Proficiency in content creation for both short-form (social media) and long-form (blogs, white papers) formats.
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft and Google Suite, including Outlook and Excel for reporting.
• Strong research and problem-solving skills to support marketing strategies and content effectiveness.
• Interest and willingness to learn about AI technologies, particularly in building prompts for AI models such as Gemini 3.
• A collaborative mindset is required to work effectively across different teams within the organization.

Work Arrangement Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. In locations where our workplace policy applies (i.e., San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney, and Tokyo), employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week to foster collaboration, team alignment, and access to in-office resources. The pay range for this position at the commencement of employment is expected to be between USD 30 and USD 30 per hour.

However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
