.The function acts as an enabler by initiating programs, defining and structuring deliverable-based plans, and leading cross-functional Product/Tech teams to focus on outcomes that create business value and meet strategic objectives. Operating under broad guidance from top management, this role requires initiative, problem-solving ability, and adaptability in a highly ambiguous environment

esPartner with Business, Product/Tech owners, and Operations Leaders to understand long-term capabilities and initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Create and continuously groom the product backlo
g.Own and execute end-to-end SDLC for key technical initiatives by collaborating with Project Sponsors, other Technical Program Managers, and multiple development team
s.Partner with Architects to drive high-quality technical solutions and provide inputs on architecture, design, and prioritie
s.Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; manage escalations; anticipate trade-offs; and balance business needs against constraint
s.Clearly articulate and communicate vision, plans, and project status to Flipkart Leadership and key stakeholder
