Role Overview
• FNZ is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Communications Specialist to support internal and external communication activity across global markets.
• The role requires excellent writing skills, strong attention to detail, and experience managing digital channels such as websites, CRM systems, email systems, Viva Engage and SharePoint.
• Success depends on the ability to work collaboratively across a global business — partnering effectively with colleagues across different regions, cultures, and time zones to ensure smooth and coordinated communication flow. Key Responsibilities
• Develop clear, engaging written content for internal updates, colleague communications, and selected external channels.
• Maintain and update FNZ’s intranet content, ensuring accuracy and alignment with Group communications.
• Support multi-channel communication delivery across email, intranet, web pages, CRM-driven updates, and digital platforms.
• Use systems such as Mailchimp (or similar) to support structured email communications.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across global teams, ensuring message consistency, clarity, and alignment across time zones.
• Contribute to colleague-engagement initiatives, employer brand activity, and localization of global campaigns.
• Demonstrate cultural awareness and work effectively with colleagues across different regions, business units, and functions.
Skills & Experience
• Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
• Strong attention to detail and high standard of written English.
• Experience managing digital channels such as websites, CRM systems, email systems, Viva Engage and SharePoint.
• Basic design/layout skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with email campaign systems (e.g., Mailchimp).
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong ability to collaborate within a global business, working effectively across different cultures and time zones.
• 5+ years’ experience in communications, marketing, or digital content roles, ideally within financial services or technology.
