Managing complete day-to-day warehouse operations including Inbound and Outbound volumes.
Handling pre-pack brand stock within cut-off timelines while ensuring SOP and quality adherence.
Managing bulk inventory including onion, potato, garlic, and imported chilled items.
Conducting daily inventory cycle count audits with same-day variance closure.
Ensuring timely liquidation of damaged and expired stock for maximum cost recovery.
Ensuring accurate daily stock of fruits and vegetables.
Maintaining correct stock levels to avoid overstocking or shortages. 10. Checking expiry, shelf life, and FIFO/FEFO compliance.
Updating inventory records in Quip/Google Sheet systems.
