BTSE is looking for an experienced ML Engineer / AI Platform Lead to own their AI core on the founding team.
📋 Responsibilities include:
- Deploy and optimise LLMs for production inference (quantisation, continuous batching, low-latency).
- Build complete RAG pipeline: chunking, embeddings, vector DB, reranking for 128K context.
- Build context layer with per-tenant prompts, dynamic few-shot, and task routing.
- Implement defensive output parsing and feedback-to-training pipeline.
- Design tenant-scoped LoRA fine-tuning workflows with evaluation and A/B testing.
- Monitor hallucination rates, citation accuracy, and latency per tenant.
🔑 Requirements:
- 5+ years ML engineering; 2+ years with LLMs in production.
- Experience with vLLM/TGI serving frameworks.
- Deep RAG pipeline expertise (chunking, embeddings, reranking).
- Strong prompt engineering for structured outputs.
- Python: PyTorch, Transformers, FastAPI.
- Familiar with LoRA/QLoRA.
