Role Summary
Contract Solutions Architect with 7+ years of experience working with Enterprise Identity Management platforms, SSO, and SaaS systems; hands-on experience with SAML/SCIM. Strong background supporting Enterprise customers in a client-facing environment. This role is approximately 70% hands‐on Solutions Architect delivering technical guidance, migrations, and customer enablement, and 30% Lead responsibilities Qualification: 7+ years as a Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, Pre‐Sales Consultant, or Partner/Sales/Solutions Engineer.
Contract Solutions Architect Lead supports the Managed Accounts program by working across a group of Solutions Architects keeping work aligned to program goals. The focus will be providing technical guidance, removing program blockers, and helping to keep day-to-day program operations running smoothly.
You will work closely with the GTM Team on program processes, capacity planning, workflow orchestration, and performance tracking. Additionally, you will partner directly with marketing executives at top-tier companies on identity and advertising initiatives, translating their goals into action plans leveraging advanced advertising platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Team Coordination
Drive achievement of program business goals and team KPIs by coordinating execution across Solutions Architects.
Capacity planning: Monitor and manage Solutions Architect program utilization to ensure priorities remain on track, proactively identifying and addressing gaps in demand and monitoring capacity planning.
Lead task triaging and assignment across the Solution Architect team and internal tooling systems, ensuring assignments are optimized for geographic and timezone coverage to maximize responsiveness and efficiency.
Review and track task execution to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), including task status clarity, completeness, and consistency.
Reporting: Support the preparation of summary business reports and trackers to ensure team is executing against goals
Serve as the Single-Threaded Owner (STO) for assigned workstreams, ensuring progress, consistency, and alignment.
Provide technical and strategic guidance where needed.
Maintain a structured operating cadence across intake, prioritization, execution reviews, and escalations.
Operational Excellence
Develop scalable assets such as playbooks, runbooks, templates, and troubleshooting guides to ensure consistency.
Facilitate post‐mortems and recommend solutions; lead process improvements to prevent recurring issues.
Identify operational gaps and propose/drive adoption of best practices across the team.
Support for Onboarding
Conduct skills-based assessment activities for new Solutions Architects.
Support onboarding by sharing best practices and facilitating training sessions. Customer & Cross-Functional Engagement
Serve as a senior technical point of contact for key customers, supporting onboarding, integration, and ongoing problem-solving.
Partner closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Support, Engineering, Product Marketing) to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for product and engineering teams.
Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders, including executive audiences.
Data-Driven Decision Making
Define and track KPIs to measure program and team performance.
Use data to inform prioritization, identify risks, and support operational enhancements.
Influence cross-functional decision-making through well‐structured, data‐centric presentations.
Minimum Qualifications
Combined experience as an Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Partner/Sales Engineer.
Strong technical background in enterprise architecture, cloud systems, security, and system integration.
Experience with SQL querying, scripting, and API development.
Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences.
Experience managing multiple customer projects, migrations, or workstreams simultaneously.
Technical degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience deploying large partner or enterprise integration projects.
Knowledge of AdTech, advertising, or digital marketing (brand or direct response).
Understanding of advertising technologies (Ads API, Pages API, Identity Platform).
Hands-on experience working with API documentation; calling and testing APIs.
Experience using tools such as Swagger and Postman.
