Sprinklr is seeking a dynamic and customer-obsessed Senior Product Manager to help drive adoption and value realization across our core product suite. In this highly strategic role, you’ll be embedded with field teams and customers, shaping product strategy through direct engagement, solution design, and enablement. You’ll be the bridge between Sprinklr’s innovation engine and the real-world challenges our customers face—ensuring our products deliver measurable impact.
What You’ll Do:
Accelerate Product Adoption
Lead solution-driven engagements that help customers unlock the full potential of Sprinklr’s platform
Tailor product capabilities to specific customer goals through workshops, QBRs, and roadmap sessions
Drive in-person and virtual engagements to align business outcomes with product value.
Guide customers in adopting emerging AI and AI agent-driven workflows to increase efficiency, insights, and impact
Strengthen Strategic Field Alignment
Partner with sales and customer success teams to support pre- and post-sales conversations
Deliver enablement programs that help field teams position Sprinklr’s value across industries
Act as a product ambassador in high-touch customer interactions
Equip field teams with practical use cases and messaging to confidently articulate the value of AI-driven features and automation
Collaborate with larger product team & AI team
Serve as the eyes and ears of the product organization in the field—bringing structured customer feedback, validation insights, and real-world use cases back to product teams
Synthesize feedback from customers, sales, and success teams to identify patterns that influence roadmap priorities and feature enhancements
Partner closely with the broader product organization to empower field teams with clear guidance, positioning, and enablement around AI and agent-based innovations
Support early feature validation, beta programs, and adoption pilots to ensure new capabilities resonate with customer needs
Drive Market Feedback & Innovation
Identify adoption gaps and provide actionable insights to influence the product roadmap
Educate clients on new features and upcoming releases to drive deeper usage
Capture emerging trends and customer needs to inform future product development
Translate field insights into innovation opportunities that accelerate product-market fit
Who You Are:
Deep understanding of customer challenges across industries like marketing, CX, digital transformation, and AI adoption
5+ years of experience in product management, solutions consulting, or customer-facing product roles, including 2+ years working on AI/ML-powered, automation, or agent-driven products
Proven experience translating customer and field needs into validated product feedback, feature direction, and adoption opportunities in close partnership with larger product teams
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in executive-level customer and field engagements
Practical experience working with AI platforms, tools, and automation frameworks is a plus
Demonstrated success driving pilots, adoption, or transformation programs that connect product capabilities to measurable customer outcomes
Strong track record of working across customers, sales, success, and product teams to synthesize feedback, validate use cases, and strengthen field readiness for new AI capabilities
