GT School operates from a different foundation. We support Gifted & Talented students in grades K–8 through AI-enhanced instruction and mentorship grounded in high expectations. We are now expanding our virtual offering to make GT-caliber acceleration accessible to families regardless of location. This position is designed to create a virtual school model that is academically demanding, parent-trusted, and demonstrably stronger than alternatives.
You will control the complete operational framework of the virtual program. Your scope covers student journey architecture, advisor accountability, targeted cohort support, and relationship integrity with parents. No established blueprint exists. You will conduct real-time assessments, implement rapid course corrections, participate directly in live sessions when required, and construct systems that reliably replicate 3× learning growth.
This is an operator role for someone who thrives on measurable impact. Your scoreboard will be retention rates, acceleration metrics, parent trust levels, and visible learner success. If you seek authority, operational challenge, and transparent accountability, this is your assignment.

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
