As campuses roll out nationwide, the physical spaces must reflect the educational vision: composed, deliberate, unconventional, and distinctly premium. This position defines that standard and ensures its consistent application across all locations.
You will establish the design framework, develop layouts that depart from conventional classroom configurations, and document standards to preserve brand integrity during expansion. This is not about managing external vendors or overseeing facility operations. It is focused, high-caliber design execution under real constraints with significant organizational impact.

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
